Shipping Policies – Easy Guide
Important Notes
- All estimated delivery times are approximate. Carriers may experience delays, and delivery guarantees are temporarily suspended.
- FedEx orders placed after 5:50 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
- Once payment is processed, all sales are final.
Shipping Details
General Conditions
- We only ship on weekdays. No shipments on weekends or holidays.
- Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days.
- Most orders ship the same day, but please check specific carrier policies below.
- PO Box addresses must use USPS. We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
FedEx Shipping Options - Cutoff 5:50 PM EST
- FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days
- FedEx Expedited: 2 business days with indirect signature
- FedEx Overnight: 1 business day with indirect signature
Note: Orders placed after 5:50 PM EST will ship the next business day. If ordered after this time on Friday, it ships Monday.
Signature required: For Overnight and 2Day, someone must be available to sign. You can pick up your package at the nearest FedEx Office if you're unavailable. Check FedEx.com for location details.
Delays: Weather or other factors beyond our control may delay delivery. No refunds are offered for delays caused by such issues.
USPS Shipping Options
- Free Shipping: Orders over $145 (before taxes and shipping) qualify for free standard shipping (estimated 1-5 days, not guaranteed).
- USPS Express: 1-3 days, includes delivery on Saturdays (no delivery on Sundays or holidays).
- USPS Standard: 1-5 days, not guaranteed. No weekend or holiday delivery.
Note: USPS Standard and Free Shipping are slower and not guaranteed. Orders over $500 require a signature on delivery.
International Shipping
- USPS First Class: 2+ weeks (not guaranteed)
- USPS Priority International: 6-14 days (not guaranteed)
- USPS Express International: 3-10 days (not guaranteed)
Note: Due to a strike, USPS temporarily cannot deliver international mail to Canada as of September 26, 2025.
Important: International orders require customs paperwork. Buyers are responsible for import restrictions and customs issues.
During Holidays
- Shipping might be delayed on federal holidays. We recommend confirming estimated delivery times when ordering during holiday periods.
- No refunds for holiday delays.

- Packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for privacy.
- International orders require customs documentation.
- Shipping from New York and Nevada, USA.
