ORDER STATUS

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

On placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number - this verifies the confirmation of your order.

Once your order has been processed, you can check the status of your order by using the tracking number provided in the second email you receive. With this number, you can closely track its movements and estimated delivery date/time.

HOW DO I EDIT OR CANCEL AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?

We do have an “All sales are final” policy which applies to all of our products. Please note that once an order has been placed, we are no longer able to modify any elements of the order itself. You can find all relevant information about exchanges and refunds in our policy section.

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED, OR ITEMS ARE MISSING.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do. During checkout we will ask you for your full shipping address details including country. If your country is not on the dropdown menu of available countries, we do not offer the option to ship to your country at present time.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We only process and ship orders on weekdays. No processing or shipping will be carried out on weekends. 

If you place your order BEFORE 4.50PM EST choosing FedEx or BEFORE 1.30PM EST choosing USPS, expect your order to be processed and shipped that same day. 

If your order is placed AFTER these aforementioned cut off times your order will be processed the following business day. In the case of placing your order after cut off times on a Friday with either FedEx or USPS, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday. 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Please see our " Returns & Exchanges " policies for complete details on returning an item. Please note we will not issue refunds for any unauthorized returns we receive in our warehouses.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in New York State where our warehouse is located.

HOW DO I USE A COUPON

After adding items to your cart, click the "Shopping Cart" icon at the top of this site to proceed to checkout. Within the checkout section you’ll find a box where you may enter your coupon code.
