The Quick Luck Kit includes:

• 3oz premium premixed synthetic urine
• Additional spout cap for realistic foaming when poured out

Do not break the safety seal until the day of use.

Once the seal is broken you can opt to change the cap for the spout cap provided which closely resembles the flow of the urine when poured.

Quick Luck comes with an easy-to-read temperature strip. Your realistic target temperature range is between 94°F and 100°F.

To avoid a false temperature reading make sure you store the bottle with the temperature strip facing away from your body. Once the safety seal is broken, just like real urine it will start growing bacteria within a couple of days.

Heating Options: The urine should be heated to an optimal temperature of 94°F and 100°F using a heating pad and topped off with heat activator if required.

• OPTION 1: Heat Pad

Remove the paper backing and stick to the bottle. Please allow up to 1 hour to reach the optimal temperature. The heat pad will provide up to 10 hours of heat once activated. Never apply more than 1 heat pad at a time.

*Note* Once activated the heat pad will barely feel warm to the touch and this is perfectly normal as the heat pad in combination with your body heat will raise the urine to its ideal temperature within 1 hour.

• OPTION 2: Heat Activator (optional)

The use of the heat activator is optional. It comes in handy in last minute situations like when there's no time to wait for a heating pad to heat up, or, in a situation where you have applied a heating pad but realize you haven't reached optimal temperature by the time you are ready to prank.

Keep in mind when using the heat activator that it's easier to increase the temperature than to decrease it.

Therefore you should add minimal amounts of powder at a time, then replace the cap, shake gently, wait 10 seconds and take a temperature reading. If more heat is required then repeat the previous process until you reach the optimal range.

The logic here is the cooler it is the more heat activator will be required. Warmer it is less heat activator will be required.

Note**you might not see a reading if you are out of the temperature strip's range**

Once in the optimal range it should only feel slightly warm to the touch. If your bottle feels warm but you don't see a temperature reading, this is usually an indication that you have overheated your bottle

1. What If I opened the seal on the Quick Luck and did not need to use it, can I keep it for another time? Yes. Once the Quick Luck bottle has been opened or the seal has been broken; you have 8 hours to do one of 3 things with it:

1) Use it
2) Put it in the fridge to use in the next 48 hours.
3) Put it in the freezer. (It will keep for up to 6 months) 

Can I reheat my synthetic urine? Yes, if the seal is not broken, you may re-heat your synthetic urine as many times as you like.

Is The Synthetic Urine Unisex?
Yes!

My temperature strip is not showing an indication, is it broken? It is more likely that your sample is either too hot or too cold. Either way it will not show any indication. If it you believe that is not the case please reach out to us via live chat or email.

My heat pad isn't workig, why can't i feel any heat? Once activated the heat pad will barely feel warm to the touch and this is perfectly normal as the heat pad in combination with your body heat will raise the urine to its ideal temperature within one (1) hour.

This is not the type of heat pad you would use in the snow, it will only feel very slightly warm to ensure your solution is not overheated.

How quickly does the heat activator start working? The heat activator will work almost instantly. We suggest giving it about 5 -10 seconds to fully react before adding more heat activator.

How long will the heat activator hold hte temperature? The heat activator will not hold the temperature, it will only bring it up to temperature. For this reason it is best that the heat activator is used as close to the time you’re ready to prank.

In cold temperatures, it may take longer for the urine to reach its ideal temperature. Warm weather = fast heating, Cool weather = longer heating time required. Plan accordingly.

The heat activator powder is not working, what should I do? You need to determine if the synthetic urine is too warm, or too cold. If it is too cold then you should add more heat activator. If it is too warm, then you need to cool it down. So long as the activator is still in a powder state it will still be effective.

If the activator is in a liquid or solid state it means that the activator has already reacted with moisture in the air and can no longer be used. You should open the heat activator only when you are ready to use it.

Which product is more effective? The Quick Luck or the Sub Solution? Both products are equally effective. They both use the same Biocide free urine formula.

The Quick Luck would be better for a random situation, as no mixing is required, while Sub Solution could be used for a prank that is scheduled and not random, however Sub Solution does not come with heating pads, it only comes with the heat activator.

Returns Policy

Products may not be returned for a refund; only exchanges may be possible, please see below for information on our Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with any of the above, please do not proceed with your order.

Please note that if you choose to reject a package shipped with FedEx or if the package is returned to us a Return to Sender Fee will be generated and you will be responsible for this charge.

If an order placed with FedEx or USPS is returned to us and you would like it reshipped a new shipping cost will be generated; please note you will have to pay for it in order for us to release it.

Exchange Policy

Product exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of your package. Anything over 30 days automatically becomes non-exchangeable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the exchange unless Clear Choice made an error with the order.

Exchanges will be approved for an item(s) of equal value as the original order or if greater than that, the customer will be required to pay the difference. No money back will be issued for exchanges.

Missing of Contents

If your order arrives incomplete, either an element included in your kit or a product itself, you will have 7 business days from the time of delivery to report it to our customer service.

Photographs will be requested from you in order to conduct an investigation. Upon verifying that your product was shipped incomplete, you will be sent a replacement with the same shipping method used on your original order. Please note this process could take from 1 to 2 business days.

Clear Choice Brand is not liable in cases reported after 7 business days.

Product Expiry & Replacement

All Clear Choice products have an expiry date printed on the package. We suggest that you verify the expiry date found on the packaging of your product(s). We guarantee that the products you receive will have a minimum of 6 months' shelf life.

Should your product expire prior to 6 months from the date of receipt and you did not have a chance to use it, you may contact our customer service department 10 business days prior to the product expiry to request a free replacement. Instructions on how to return the product to us will be given to you along with a return authorization number.

Please note: This replacement policy does not apply to detox drinks, capsules, neutralizing gum and test panels.
