As of March 21st, 2017, all product sales are final. Products may not be returned for a refund; only exchanges may be possible, please see below for information on our Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with any of the above, please do not proceed with your order.
Please note that if you choose to reject a package shipped with FedEx or if the package is returned to us a Return to Sender Fee will be generated and you will be responsible for this charge. If an order placed with FedEx or USPS is returned to us and you would like it reshipped a new shipping cost will be generated; please note you will have to pay for it in order for us to release it.

Exchange Policy

Product exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of your package. Anything over 30 days automatically becomes non-exchangeable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the exchange unless Clear Choice made an error with the order. Exchanges will be approved for an item(s) of equal value as the original order or if greater than that, the customer will be required to pay the difference. No money back will be issued for exchanges. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY AUTHORIZE REPLACEMENTS FOR UNOPENED (SEALED) PRODUCTS.

Missing of Contents

If your order arrives incomplete, either an element included in your kit or a product itself, you will have 7 business days from the time of delivery to report it to our customer service. Photographs will be requested from you in order to conduct an investigation. Upon verifying that your product was shipped incomplete, you will be sent a replacement with the same shipping method used on your original order. Please note this process could take from 1 to 2 business days.

Clear Choice Brand is not liable in cases reported after 7 business days.

Product Expiry & Replacement

All Clear Choice products have an expiry date printed on the package. We suggest that you verify the expiry date found on the packaging of your product(s). We guarantee that the products you receive will have a minimum of 6 months' shelf life.

Should your product expire prior to 6 months from the date of receipt and you did not have a chance to use it, you may contact our customer service department 10 business days prior to the product expiry to request a free replacement. Instructions on how to return the product to us will be given to you along with a return authorization number.

Please note: This replacement policy does not apply to detox drinks, capsules, neutralizing gum and test panels.

Avoid all toxins and unnecessary medications for at least 48 hours. Avoid toxins for at least 14 days for regular users of herbal toxins.
It is best if taken on an empty stomach, so it’s recommended not to eat or drink 4 hours before consumption. However, if you have a sensitive stomach, you may eat something light (like toast or crackers).
For best flavor refrigerate before opening. Shake well. Drink entire contents of bottle at a continuous but comfortable pace.
Once finished allow 60 minutes for the Rescue Cleanse to become effective. During that hour it’s important to urinate frequently to eliminate toxins.
Continue avoiding food and beverages other than water. After 1 hour you will be in the clear zone for up to 5 hours. Maximum effectiveness is achieved within the first hour.
Not intended for daily use. Use this product no more than twice monthly. This product is not recommended for prolonged use.
When using this product, you may experience nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, or cramping. If you start to experience any of these symptoms, discontinue using the product immediately. If symptoms persist, seek medical assistance.

Which Rescue Cleanse Detox Drink Is Best For Me?
If you are under 200lbs you must only use the 17oz detox drink. Using the larger 32oz drink will make your urine become diluted! Only people OVER 200lbs should use the 32oz bottle. The detox drinks were specifically designed to detox people by weight.

How Long Do I Need To Stay Away From Food And Beverages To Use The Rescue Cleanse?
You need to abstain from food & beverages, and any unnecessary medications or vitamins for 4 hours before consuming the product. This includes water.

Doesn't work to pass drug tests

I am a light smoker(less than one gram per week) and I bought four of these 32 oz bottles. After being clean for seven days I did a trial run with one bottle and multiple home tests over the course of five hours(two tests per hour starting after one hour), and all ten of the tests came back positive. I waited a few days and did another trial run using two of the 32 bottles at the same time, and I repeated my testing method and still failed all ten of the home tests over five hours.

TLDR: it absolutely works but can take longer if you’re bigger and. heavy smoker! i am a type a person with extreme ocd, so i constantly read and re-read reviews, articles, reddit threads, ANYTHING to make me more confident. i will say i was skeptical., but it worked and i passed a 10-panel pre-employment screen. more details below.

i was a HEAVY smoker (3-4 bowls a day, sometimes up to 5-6). female and about 210 pounds. i found out i would need a pre-employment screen for a position i really wanted. i wasn’t confident enough to use synthetic or another person’s urine since i wasn’t sure where to keep it. i had found this a few months prior when i was worried about a test, but i didn’t get that position so i forgot all about it. fast forward to early May—i was elated to get a job offer but my heart sank when i read the pre-employment screen. i searched for 30 minutes to find this exact drink since i had read about it months prior. i purchased it for overnight shipping so i could take the test as early as possible monday morning (i had until friday, but since i couldn’t quit my job until i passed, i knew i had to bite the bullet so if i failed i wouldn’t quit prematurely and have no job). i abstained for a little over 4 full days (also drank at least 8 water bottles a day) and did the cleanse monday morning. i wrote out a timeline in my phone’s notes just to hopefully ease some worries with this review!

woke up around 6am and drank the rescue cleanse pretty quickly from 6:15-6:35am (taste wasn’t the best but also not awful—i did get extremely nauseous though about halfway through and had to tough it out)
1st test at 7:10am — positive
2nd test at 7:30am - positive
3rd test at 7:50am - positive
4th test at 8:10am - positive
5th test at 8:35am - faint negative line
6th test at 8:50am - faint but more visible negative line

i did end up throwing some of it up around 8am, so take that as you will. by the 8:50am test i was freaking out thinking i wouldn’t pass, but my boyfriend mentioned any negative line is negative. i did a lot of googling to confirm this and figured i had to get moving so i didn’t miss the clean window. i tested around 9:45am and didn’t get my results until thursday, but i was negative!! i literally couldn’t believe it. if you’re a little bigger and a heavy smoker, DO NOT FREAK OUT if you show positive for longer than an hour. it took me about 2 hours to show negative, but it was good enough to pass a 10-panel and secure an amazing job! i have since decided to stop smoking completely but have another bottle in case i’m slapped with a random. it’s nice having a product i can trust! just buy it.

For Reference: I'm 5'8'' and have fluctuated from 203 lb to 228 lb over 4.5 years. And im diabetic.

EXAMPLE:
Labs where I'm from close at 3pm. So I woke up at 730. Consumed rescue cleanse around 745 am. Drank water after my stomach was full from the cleanse. Tested around 1030. Sometimes it was still positive. Waited until 1130, eventually came out negative. Went to lab around 1230pm-1pm. Passed. 5 times.

That being said. I'm about to purchase this product for 6th time. This product is not instantaneous. Especially if you have slow digestion. But it does work.
