After 23 days of sobriety and a whole lot of stress, I can proudly say I passed my test using the Test Negative Rescue Cleanse—but let me be 100% real with you: the drink alone is not a magic fix. If you're expecting to chug it and pass with zero preparation, you're setting yourself up for failure. TLDR: it absolutely works but can take longer if you’re bigger and. heavy smoker! i am a type a person with extreme ocd, so i constantly read and re-read reviews, articles, reddit threads, ANYTHING to make me more confident. i will say i was skeptical., but it worked and i passed a 10-panel pre-employment screen. more details below.

i was a HEAVY smoker (3-4 bowls a day, sometimes up to 5-6). female and about 210 pounds. i found out i would need a pre-employment screen for a position i really wanted. i wasn’t confident enough to use synthetic or another person’s urine since i wasn’t sure where to keep it. i had found this a few months prior when i was worried about a test, but i didn’t get that position so i forgot all about it. fast forward to early May—i was elated to get a job offer but my heart sank when i read the pre-employment screen. i searched for 30 minutes to find this exact drink since i had read about it months prior. i purchased it for overnight shipping so i could take the test as early as possible monday morning (i had until friday, but since i couldn’t quit my job until i passed, i knew i had to bite the bullet so if i failed i wouldn’t quit prematurely and have no job). i abstained for a little over 4 full days (also drank at least 8 water bottles a day) and did the cleanse monday morning. i wrote out a timeline in my phone’s notes just to hopefully ease some worries with this review!

woke up around 6am and drank the rescue cleanse pretty quickly from 6:15-6:35am (taste wasn’t the best but also not awful—i did get extremely nauseous though about halfway through and had to tough it out)
1st test at 7:10am — positive
2nd test at 7:30am - positive
3rd test at 7:50am - positive
4th test at 8:10am - positive
5th test at 8:35am - faint negative line
6th test at 8:50am - faint but more visible negative line

i did end up throwing some of it up around 8am, so take that as you will. by the 8:50am test i was freaking out thinking i wouldn’t pass, but my boyfriend mentioned any negative line is negative. i did a lot of googling to confirm this and figured i had to get moving so i didn’t miss the clean window. i tested around 9:45am and didn’t get my results until thursday, but i was negative!! i literally couldn’t believe it. if you’re a little bigger and a heavy smoker, DO NOT FREAK OUT if you show positive for longer than an hour. it took me about 2 hours to show negative, but it was good enough to pass a 10-panel and secure an amazing job! i have since decided to stop smoking completely but have another bottle in case i’m slapped with a random. it’s nice having a product i can trust! just buy it.

For Reference: I'm 5'8'' and have fluctuated from 203 lb to 228 lb over 4.5 years. And im diabetic.

I have taken this product 5 times and PASSED 5 times by 3 different places in TX. (1 charity job), (2 jobs), & (1 special job & 1 surprise test and I was given 3 work days but it fell on the weekend so I had 1 afternoon and 4 days)

AS YOU WAKE UP WITH NO BREAKFAST AND ONLY WATER. WAIT ABOUT 2.5 HOURS. TAKE FIRST TEST FROM WALMART. IF NEGATIVE - GO TAKE SCHEDULED TEST. IF STILL POSITIVE - WAIT ANOTHER HOUR AND TAKE WALMART TEST AGAIN. IF NEGATIVE. GO TO LAB AND BE HAPPY BUT YOU ONLY HAVE 5 HRS.

EXAMPLE:
Labs where I'm from close at 3pm. So I woke up at 730. Consumed rescue cleanse around 745 am. Drank water after my stomach was full from the cleanse. Tested around 1030. Sometimes it was still positive. Waited until 1130, eventually came out negative. Went to lab around 1230pm-1pm. Passed. 5 times.

That being said. I'm about to purchase this product for 6th time. This product is not instantaneous. Especially if you have slow digestion. But it does work.

Reference 6’2” , 208. Abstained over 14 days after being a chronic heavy user and still was positive at home on test. Submitted urine sample to lab for pre-employment and am pretty sure it will not pass if a cheap CVS test did not pass. Followed directions to a T on the bottle and urinated 7x before the test within two hours and fifteen minutes. The at-home test I gave myself was 15 minutes prior to the lab test and not even a faint line. I would not recommend this product to anybody as I’ve ordered SPIKE products that are phenomenal from here; however, this product is not worth wasting your time nor money. Extremely dissatisfied with this product. I will not be buying it again nor recommending to other THC users. Poor product as is QCarbo32.

I made the mistake of buying two of these pieces of garbage after reading all the positve reviews, that I'm now almost certain are fake. I had been clean for a week and a half when they came in, so I took the first bottle at home to test it out. I've seen a lot of positive reviews about the stuff so I had high expectations. I followed the instructions as close as humanly possible, waited, and still had a positive result. A week later I tried the second bottle, thinking that it might work now that a little more time had passed. This time I tried multiple different drug tests over the span of a few hours, all of them positive. For $65 a bottle you'd expect it to at least work for a little while. Words can't express my disappointment.

Wow! I passed a 5 panel test!!! I stopped THC 5 days before. I completed three day course of Detoxify - precleanse herbal supplement. I woke up on day 4 at 6:45 am and drank 20 oz of the 32 oz bottle as some websites mentioned to much is not good. 5"8" woman and 176lbs. By 7:45 I still had not peed. So I drank 2 cups of water and waited. My first test and pee came back negative so waited for one more trip to bathroom and 2nd test came back negative. Immediately headed to site. Got there at 8:10 am. I had to go pee so bad but waited for test. When tested caught urine mid stream. Came home and self tested again negative!! I was super nervous when I bought this stuff because I have already failed two tests. I could not fail another one so I did tons of research and I finally decided on this product after looking into it for 2 months. I was hoping I made the right decision and I got popped with a test today. I wasn't supposed to go back in until February 15th and I had it today and saw my office and he said come to my office this afternoon and take a test. That was at 12:30 I had to be there at 4:30 and I don't smoke weed. I like other stimulants and I could not find a review on here that said it would pass you for other stimulants so I was even more nervous doing this. o I’m gonna start off by saying that for reference I’m a 5’8 female and about 225 pounds. I stopped smoking actual flower over 8months ago. But recently I have been using Delta 8 pens everyday for the past few months. (Yes delta 8 shows up on a urine drug test as THC). I had a job interview and a few days later I got an email saying I needed to fill out some paper work and schedule a test. UMM YIKES?!? But HERE’S THE CRAZY PART once I finished the paper work I only had 2 days to schedule and COMPLETE my test. So I got that email on the 12/5 filled out the paper work on 12/6 and had until 12/8 to take the test. So i was looking for the quickest solution yet promising results I came across this drink and read the reviews and thought let me give this a try.

I stopped smoking on 12/5. I ordered this on 12/5 after 7:00pm. And it got to me on 12/7. I bought two bottles so I could do a practice run the day before the test. I drink the bottle at a slow but continuous pace (took me about 45-60min to finish it). Then filled it with water and drink that. Then drink another 16oz water bottle. I went pee 5 times and on the 6th pee I decided to test myself. The FAINTEST negative line came up but that was not enough for me to feel fully confident in the product. So I drink 4 more 16oz water bottles and went pee another 4-5 times. Now at this point that negative line was completely gone and my test came up positive. I figured maybe I didn’t stop smoking in enough time and maybe tomorrow (12/08) that will have been enough time for me to get a negative test consistently. I went to bed feeling anxious bc my test was tomorrow and I wasn’t too confident in my at home trials.

The next morning I had another doctors appointment at 10:00am. I got home at around 11:45 and started to drink the rescue cleanse. However I drink it faster this time (it about 25-30 min to finish the bottle) then I filled the 32 oz bottle with water and drink that. Then I drink 2 16oz water bottles. Waited for 15 min and drink another 16oz water bottle. I went pee 5-6 times and on the 7th pee there it was again THE MOST FAINT NEGATIVE LINE. Still I wasn’t ready to go do my test (I had to take it by that day at 5:00pm). Since I am bigger I figured that my metabolism is slower. I peed two more times and once again my test were POSITIVE. At this point I was feeling defeated but I kept drinking 16oz bottle of water until around 3:30pm. At this point I was getting anxious bc my at home tests were still looking positive. So I drink one of those Stinger extra strength 1 hour detox drinks. Filled it up with water 2X however I ended up throwing up at this point. It was too much for me to handle. I take one more test and it this point it had been about 4 hours since I drink the rescue cleanse drink and the test had a FAINT NEGATIVE LINE. I decided this is as good as it’s going to get. I peed one more time on the way to the clinic. Then I did my test around 4:30pm my pee was slightly tinted green however the nurse said nothing about it.

I didn’t hear back from them until about a week and a half later saying EVERYTHING WAS CLEAR and I can start 02/22/24. This drink SAVED me in a time crunch. Even with the faint negative lines my urine lab results came back NEGATIVE! If you are in a bind get this drink!! Stop smoking as soon as you find out you’re gonna have a drink test at LEAST 2-3 days prior to the test. Do a trial run and get some at home test kits so that it can ease your mind. Also try and order at the start of the week if you need it within the next couple of days! Overall, I am a real customer and this truly SAVED me.

23 yo male, 5’9” 175. Daily smoker, pens, herb, and delta products. Was clean for just over a week before the test. The test was a legit lab screen. They looked for more than just toxins they also tested other elements in the sample. A LEGIT test. I knew I needed a solid and too notch product that could help me pass the tests and not just flush my system. I looked up any and every trick and multiple things pointed me to here. It was my only hope, and I found out today that it worked!! I found out on short notice I had to test and had to do the fastest shipping possible, yes it was very expensive, but the alternative was losing the job opportunity for the next 5 years. I do no regret the cost.

I had to order Friday night/Saturday morning at 1:00 am. It was clear that expedited shipping was a risk. I received it at 9:30 am Tuesday morning and my test was Wednesday. When I got the package yes a LITTLE had spilled, but at most it was 1/16 of the bottle so it was fine. I called just before taking the product to ensure I knew exactly when it would take affect. This product truly works! I consume THC in some form or fashion daily; all you have to do is follow the directions, and your screen will be negative. I am a 5'3, 175lbs female; I obtained for 48 hours and drank 2 liters of water in the days leading up to the test.

I just want you all to know I read so many of the reviews where people were clean for 2 weeks to a month or longer. I tried so hard, I really like to relax and THC just helps me okay. I bought super sensitive at home tests, of course it was positive the night before my scheduled urine test, so I drank a bunch of water, ate a light supper went to bed, woke up didn't eat like the bottle said, drank it like this 0600-0620 drank drink it wasn't a bad taste but I'm not a fan of the artificial dyes in it. 630 at home urine test- Fricken negative! drank a bunch of water peed 3x, 0800 lab urine test for job, which I must have not drank enough water prior to the test because my urine was highlighter color yellow, like slap a biohazard sticker on that cup, the lady who took my urine looked at me and I looked at her, and we sat in silence and then I left. Hilariously awkward, anyways moral of the story that day I passed my test, so if you ever can't stop smoking and you have to take a test, you will wish you had this on hand. Only side effect, gurgling stomach and some loose stools then I was fine.

I wanted to review this product because pre-employment screens for what I do at home recreationally are BS and should not be a contingent of employment, but until I win this fight I hope companies like this one keep doing a service.

The product worked. I was self testing myself and was consistently testing positive prior to taking the drink. I bought two because I was so nervous I wanted to so a trial run. My pretest trial run was on the Sunday before the test and it was the first time I tested negative in two weeks. I went into the sample so confident on Tuesday, and I start my job tomorrow.

Stopped smoking delta 8 three weeks before my test exactly. Didn’t think I had a shot for this job or I would’ve stopped sooner but somehow got the offer and then the test followed after accepting. I went to the sauna 4-5 times straight leading up to the test, drank tons of water, worked out, and still failed an at home test the night before for THC.
