How to use this kit
- Open up the heat pad and remove the adhesive backing.
- Give the heat pad a couple of good shakes to activate it.
- Stick the heat pad to the bladder bag, between the belt and urine pouch.
- Wrap the Incognito Belt™ around your waist (under ALL your clothing) with the temperature strip touching your skin, and the drain tube pointing down.
- Close the white clips and cut the end of the tube off in preparation for use.
- Unfasten the white clips when ready to use,
** If not used, it can be refrigerated for up to 48 hours or frozen for up to 6 months**

Once the tube has been cut, the product should be used within 8 hours, refrigerated for up to 48 hours or frozen for up to 6 months to maintain optimal effectiveness. After this time frame, we cannot guarantee performance.

Products may not be returned for a refund; only exchanges may be possible, please see below for information on our Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with any of the above, please do not proceed with your order.
Please note that if you choose to reject a package shipped with FedEx or if the package is returned to us a Return to Sender Fee will be generated and you will be responsible for this charge.
If an order placed with FedEx or USPS is returned to us and you would like it reshipped a new shipping cost will be generated; please note you will have to pay for it in order for us to release it.
Exchange Policy
Product exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of your package. Anything over 30 days automatically becomes non-exchangeable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the exchange unless Clear Choice made an error with the order.
Exchanges will be approved for an item(s) of equal value as the original order or if greater than that, the customer will be required to pay the difference. No money back will be issued for exchanges.

Missing of Contents
If your order arrives incomplete, either an element included in your kit or a product itself, you will have 7 business days from the time of delivery to report it to our customer service.
Photographs will be requested from you in order to conduct an investigation. Upon verifying that your product was shipped incomplete, you will be sent a replacement with the same shipping method used on your original order. Please note this process could take from 1 to 2 business days.
Clear Choice Brand is not liable in cases reported after 7 business days.
Product Expiry & Replacement
All Clear Choice products have an expiry date printed on the package. We suggest that you verify the expiry date found on the packaging of your product(s). We guarantee that the products you receive will have a minimum of 6 months' shelf life.
Should your product expire prior to 6 months from the date of receipt and you did not have a chance to use it, you may contact our customer service department 10 business days prior to the product expiry to request a free replacement. Instructions on how to return the product to us will be given to you along with a return authorization number.
Please note: This replacement policy does not apply to detox drinks, capsules, neutralizing gum and test panels.

This result is from this product sitting in the closet for 2 years unopened. I purchased this 2 years ago and forgot about it in my closet, figured why not test it out for funsies. It worked lol.
I used this 2 days ago, found out today I got the job! If you are patient and let it get up to temp (mine was 98-100), you should have zero issues as this test was sent to a lab. Thanks so much testneg!
this test does not work at all. DO NOT BUY IT. I dont know if my stuff was damaged in the mail or what. They will not even deny that their product is ineffective or theres a chance. labs are getting smarter. my friend works in a lab. sorry to say i would not buy this ever again. waste of money. Will not remove this review until they respond to my email with something that is reasonable.

Plain and simple it works
I recently purchased the Incognito Belt for a Pre-Employment Screen. In the past I have never had any issues. When I went in for my test the temp was slightly lower then I would have liked (94 degrees) but should have been within the acceptable range. The tester immediately rejected the sample and asked for a recollect. The temp on the sample cup read 94. They would not tell me the reason for the initial rejection. I was not able to leave and had to drink water for the recollect. I have heard that does not include THC but not sure. If it does I may have my job offer get pulled. Not wanting to tarnish this products reputation but I am concerned parameters at testing facilities may be getting tighter or additional methods are able to detect this type of product.

It's important to note that heat times for both the heat pad and the Heat Activator Powder rely on different variables such as ambient temperature, temperature of the water used, body temperature etc. Please note it is the user's responsibility to make sure the temperature is in the correct range. The optimal temperature is between 94°F and 100°F which can be accomplished by using a heating pad. The heat pad will provide up to 10 hours of heat once activated and you should never apply more than 1 heat pad at a time. In your case the reason for rejection was not disclosed so you can't confirm it was due to temperature being 94 degrees.
*Note* Once activated the heat pad will barely feel warm to the touch and this is perfectly normal as the heat pad in combination with your body heat will raise the urine to its ideal temperature within 1 hour.
needed to pass a new employee work physical and so I purchased this item to pass the screening. Before I bought the people responded to my emails/chats. When I receive the product that I paid for overnight the temperature band didn’t work, the 2 heat packets didn’t warm so I had to cancel the physical and will probably lose the job opportunity because I had to have the physical done this week. When I started to email /chat no one responded to any of the emails or chats. As soon as they got my money they ghosted me! The heat packets had a date of 8/2023 so maybe that is why they didn’t heat. All I know is that I’m out $220.00 and probably the job opportunity. Guess that’s why there is no phone number for the company as they don’t want to help you after they get your money!

The heat pads are designed to warm the contents to human body temperature, which is warm but not hot to the touch. Prank went well. Give yourself an hour to wear the belt before prank. 5 panel prank pre work. Easy to use, and I tested day before with temp to get a good feel. Only reviewing because as good as it is there are not enough recent reviews for peace of mind.
I first got this product last summer when I had to take a random test for my job, I have CDL and drive buses for a raft company. I was so nervous to use it, but I followed the instructions and it worked! I just bought another one for the next random I will inevitably get.
I have used this product 8 times and it has worked every time i highly recommend it.
I promise you I am a real person. But this if you need to pass a test and are anxious about trying detoxes and stuff. I am a heavy smoker, been smoking daily for a few years now. I take breaks every now and then, but I knew it would be impossible for me to be clean in the 5 days I had to prep for my test.
Long story short, I got a job offer more quickly than expected and I live in the south so unfortunately testing is the norm. I found this website on Reddit.
As soon as it was delivered I started heating it up, it took about an hour and a half to get to 97/98. It was originally going to be a test run but I was locked in so I drove to the testing site. I wore leggings and a t/shirt, put the belt just under my sports bra. I will say it there is a slight bulge where the pouch is but as long as your shirt isn’t skin tight, it is hidden very well. I left the tube kind of long so I could aim easily. make sure you close the clip before cutting the tube, you will se the clip clamp the tube closed. I only used one clip to keep it quick. Everything went smoothly. Like other said, get the temperature right and you’re golden. I passed and I’m so happy me being a stoner didn’t ruin this opportunity for me because drug testing is bs. Do it!!
Like literally everyone here, I looked up every single synthetic urine products and read every review that was anywhere on the internet. I smoke daily, and my new job will not allow it, even if you have a medical card (I do not btw). After reading all the reviews I purchased this. I passed!!! Every review said to not worry, don't be anxious, etc.. and I kept telling that to myself the second they took the cup from my hand.
Now... I cut the tip right before I went inside and made sure the clips were on. However, on the walk inside I realized you could see the tube. So I tucked it inside the belt. All of a sudden I felt warm. Both clips undid themselves and a LOT of the liquid came out. I was NOT able to extend my test and I had 2 hours. Freaking out, I drove home 40 mins to change my scrub pants and drove back very fast. Before I left my house though I put like 6 Bobby pins at the top along with 2 hair ties in addition to the clips. I was beyond freaking out because I didn't think I had nearly enough to give them, but I was going to give it a try. Somehow I was able to provide a full sample! I took several pieces of advice from the reviews and put the toilet paper in the bowl, I did pee a little in the toilet too.
I was petrified the whole time, thinking I was going to get found out from the lab. I kept repeating in my head all the reviews that said to breathe and it will be OK, and it was!
This belt is way worth the price, you save so much time and anxiety by not trying to use those powders, or whatever. I'm now making $12 MORE an hour, this test was 1000000% worth it. Don't second guess, buy this!!!
I use this to get hired and to keep my job in healthcare. I have ptsd and dont drink often and need the support to sleep at night. I have used this product for multiple tests and the only time i had issues is when the employer also made the lab test for a urinalysis and it popped positive for nitrates (which can show up in your urine if you have an UTI). Thank you to the folks who make this so those of us that need to use other things to get by can and still do the work we do

This is my second review for this product. My first review I was so nervous about taking the test and trusting the product. This time was so easy and I was much more calm about the whole process. All I can say is I passed again using the belt. Highly recommend. It’s saved my ass twice now. I already have another one ready to go when it’s needed.

Wonderful wonderful belt! Got me a negative every time and I couldn’t have made it without it! All you have to do is heat it up and it’s good to go super easy, I don’t use just the heat pads provided but my own and a little stuffed toy you can heat up for extra support but it’s legit!

Absolutely love this product , I had to take a test for a new job and Incognito did its job but here’s the kicker I had this particular belt as a Backup but I didn’t know you shouldn’t cut the tip I had it cut for 13 months so I was sure I was going to fail the Ecup but sure ass shit HR called me today with a Start date . Outstanding product. 10 stars once I get settled in I will be ordering one for the infamous Random .
I can’t recommend this product enough. It’s the reason I was able to land my first job out of college. Super easy to use—just follow the instructions exactly. It took about 45 minutes to an hour to reach the perfect temperature. I wrapped it around the upper part of my waist, and it’s incredibly easy to conceal. I snipped the end of the tube in the car before heading in, and everything went smoothly.
I was freaking out the day before the test, worried something would go wrong, but on the day of, I felt completely confident. SO glad I found this product!!
