General Shipping conditions

  • We only ship on weekdays. No shipping is available on weekends.
  • The day we ship your package does not count as a shipping day. Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days for the purpose of transit.
  • All packages usually go out the same day, please refer to the carrier-specific policies below for more details.
  • All PO BOX addresses must use a USPS Mail service.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Please note after the payment is processed all sales are final.

  • FedEx Expedited 2 business days. Indirect signature required (Cut off time 5:50PM EST / 2:50PM PST)
  • FedEx Overnight 1 business day. Indirect signature required. (Cut off time 5:50PM EST / 2:50PM PST)
  • FedEx cut off time is 5:50PM EST / 2:50PM PST if you place your order after the aforementioned time it will ship the following business day. If you order after the cut off time on a Friday, your order will be shipped on a Monday.
  • All FedEx Overnight and 2Day packages require a signature upon delivery, packages cannot be left at the door should no one be available to sign for it at the time of delivery.
  • If you are not able to receive your package for whatever reason and will not be available to sign for it at the shipping address you provided, you can choose to pick it up at your nearest FedEx Office instead. Please check on FedEx.com for the address of your closest FedEx office and use this address as your shipping address.
  • Please note when you submit an online signature release it may take up to 48 hrs for FedEx to update their system. ClearChoiceBrand.com is not liable in any way for delays due to online signature releases that are not processed on time. Moreover, ClearChoiceBrand.com is not responsible for any type of issue with signature release deliveries such as lost, misplaced, or damaged packages.
  • No shipping refunds will be given for delays resulting from adverse weather conditions or other delays beyond FedEx's control. Therefore there is always a slight risk that you may not receive your parcel on time.   • If you choose the Standard Mail (USPS) service or the free shipping (which ships USPS Standard) options, please be aware that these are the slowest shipping services available and are not guaranteed delivery services. The transit time is given as an indication only and does not mean you will receive your parcel on the specified day. Depending on your location the average delivery time for Priority Mail services is 2-5 days which means you don't count Sundays or holidays.

Damaged In Transit Policy

Please note that using express shipping methods, such as USPS Priority Mail Express, FedEx 2Day and FedEx Priority Overnight may cause leaking or spilling in Detox Drinks, if any of these methods are used ClearChoiceBrand.com is not liable for partial or full leaks of the drinks. Please note that if your order is protected by a carrier guarantee evidence will be requested, please do not throw away the product or its packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

As of March 21st, 2017, all product sales are final. Products may not be returned for a refund; only exchanges may be possible, please see below for information on our Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with any of the above, please do not proceed with your order.
Please note that if you choose to reject a package shipped with FedEx or if the package is returned to us a Return to Sender Fee will be generated and you will be responsible for this charge. If an order placed with FedEx or USPS is returned to us and you would like it reshipped a new shipping cost will be generated; please note you will have to pay for it in order for us to release it.


Exchange Policy

Product exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of your package. Anything over 30 days automatically becomes non-exchangeable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the exchange unless Clear Choice made an error with the order. Exchanges will be approved for an item(s) of equal value as the original order or if greater than that, the customer will be required to pay the difference. No money back will be issued for exchanges. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY AUTHORIZE REPLACEMENTS FOR UNOPENED (SEALED) PRODUCTS.


Missing of Contents

If your order arrives incomplete, either an element included in your kit or a product itself, you will have 7 business days from the time of delivery to report it to our customer service. Photographs will be requested from you in order to conduct an investigation. Upon verifying that your product was shipped incomplete, you will be sent a replacement with the same shipping method used on your original order. Please note this process could take from 1 to 2 business days.

Clear Choice Brand is not liable in cases reported after 7 business days.


Product Expiry & Replacement

All Clear Choice products have an expiry date printed on the package. We suggest that you verify the expiry date found on the packaging of your product(s). We guarantee that the products you receive will have a minimum of 6 months' shelf life.

Should your product expire prior to 6 months from the date of receipt and you did not have a chance to use it, you may contact our customer service department 10 business days prior to the product expiry to request a free replacement. Instructions on how to return the product to us will be given to you along with a return authorization number.

Please note: This replacement policy does not apply to detox drinks, capsules, neutralizing gum and test panels.

NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY AUTHORIZE REPLACEMENTS FOR UNOPENED (SEALED) PRODUCTS THAT HAD LESS THAN 6 MONTHS SHELF LIFE FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED IT. ANY PRODUCTS THAT EXPIRED MORE THAN 6 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE RECEIVED ARE NOT ENTITLED TO AN EXCHANGE. EXPIRED PRODUCTS SHOULDN'T BE USED AS THE PRODUCT'S EFFECTIVENESS MIGHT HAVE DECREASED.


Policy for money-back guarantee

Due to legal liability reasons, as of March 1st, 2019, Clear Choice was forced to retire their money-back guarantees. As of this date, none of the Clear Choice product lines are covered by the 200% money-back guarantee or any other guarantee. For this reason, none of the Clear Choice Brand products have a money-back guarantee. However, rest assured that retiring this guarantee had nothing to do with the efficiency of the products.

SUB SOLUTION - SYNTHETIC POWDER URINE 

Which Product Is More Effective Sub Solution Or Quick Luck? 
Both products are equally effective. They both use the same Biocide free urine formula. The Quick Luck would be better for a random situation, as no mixing is required, while Sub Solution could be used for a prank that is scheduled and not random, however Sub Solution does not come with heating pads, it only comes with the heat activator.

What If I Mixed The Sub-Solution And Didn't Need To Use It?
Once the solution is mixed you have 8 hours to do one of 3 things with it:
1) Use it
2) Put it in the fridge to use in the next 48 hours.
3) Put it in the freezer. (It will keep for up to 6 months) 

Can I Microwave My Urine Sample?
Yes, you can microwave it for 7 second increments on the day of your prank, but you will need to remove the lid. Once you remove the lid you will need to use your product within 8 hours.

How Long Do I Need To Stay Away From Food And Beverages To Use The Rescue Cleanse?

Your mouth needs to be 100% covered with the product, meaning you need to swish the liquid around your mouth everywhere, under the tongue, in your cheeks, on the roof of your mouth, etc. You should be sure your oral hygiene is very good. Is The Synthetic Urine Unisex?
Yes!

My Temperature Strip Is Not Showing Any Indication, Is It Broken? 
It is more likely that your sample is either too hot or too cold. Either way it will not show any indication.

My Heating Pad Isn't Working. Why Can't I Feel Any Heat? 
Once activated the heat pad will barely feel warm to the touch and this is perfectly normal as the heat pad in combination with your body heat will raise the urine to its ideal temperature within one (1) hour. This is not the type of heat pad you would use in the snow, it will only feel very slightly warm to ensure your solution is not overheated.

How Do I Use The Heat Activator Powder? 
Take out the heat activator powder and gently tap the vial to loosen the powder. Carefully pour about 1/8 of the powder into the vial's cap, then add it to the urine. Do not pour directly from the vial into the urine! It's very easy to over-pour if you do this. Put the cap back on the urine, shake it gently for 10-15 seconds, then check the temperature strip. Repeat as necessary to get the urine to 94 - 100 degrees. Do not add the whole vial to the sample in one go. Do not mix the heat activator in the sample cup. If your starting temperature is low you may need to use the complete vial, but still add gradually **Please be aware** If your temperature strip is not showing a reading, it means your sample is TOO HOT or TOO COLD.

How Quickly Does The Heat Activator Work? 
The heat activator will work almost instantly. We suggest giving it about 5 -10 seconds to fully react before adding more heat activator.

How Long Will The Heat Activator Hold The Temperature? 
The heat activator will not hold the temperature, it will only bring it up to temperature. For this reason it is best that the heat activator is used as close to the time you’re ready to prank. In cold temperatures, it may take longer for the urine to reach its ideal temperature. Warm weather = fast heating, Cool weather = longer heating time required. Plan accordingly.

The Heat Activating Powder Is Not Working. What Do I Do? 
You need to determine if the synthetic urine is too warm, or too cold. If it is too cold then you should add more heat activator. If it is too warm, then you need to cool it down. So long as the activator is still in a powder state it will still be effective. If the activator is in a liquid or solid state it means that the activator has already reacted with moisture in the air and can no longer be used. You should open the heat activator only when you are ready to use it.

Good option

A good option for the price. I'm 6 ft and 200 and the mediums were kind of tight around my legs, but fit fine besides that. The stash pocket is easily accessible if you're unobserved.

Nice quality but too tight

These boxers are very nice in quality and material in my opinion. The thing I was bummed about was how tight they were. I’m a 34 waist and I ordered the mediums thinking they would be the right fit, but not so much. I did find a way to stretch them and get them a little bit looser. I was afraid to order the Large size thinking they’d hang off my waist. In hindsight with how tight these are I’m thinking the Large size would have fit perfectly. Either way they do what they’re supposed to do. Nice product indeed.

Perfection

These are by far the comfiest and easiest option, I have to wear these every day in a manual labor job so comfortabilty was a must. The other straps were garbage and was worried these were to, but they’re not! For size reference I’m 6’3 220 lbs and Mediums fit great.
